David Tindale introduces ‘A Moorland Christmas’ which combines Yorkshire Film Archive footage with the interviews of his father John. John talks to local characters of 1970s and 80s, including Hannah Hauxwell and George Frampton describing harsh winters and wonderful Christmases of days gone by. This heart-warming film from film maker Anne Dodsworth of Blow Your Trumpet Films will definitely brighten your Christmas.

The film is only available until 31st December!

The ‘John Tindale: A Vision of Whitby’ exhibition reopens at Whitby Museum on 1st February 2022 and runs until 8th May 2022.
