We will be screening the 15 minute film ‘You’ll Never Tame the Sea’ which features yesteryear interviews by John Tindale talking to local fisherfolk all accompanied by stunning archive film footage.
In our library you will find a fascinating exhibition all about fishing out of Whitby and featuring the remarkable story of Dora Walker, female fisherwoman.
We will be open 10-4.30 on both days with last admission at 4pm.
Why not treat yourself to a cuppa and a tasty treat when you visit, our tea room will be open 10-3.30.
