Arthur has been volunteering here for over eight years. One of the reasons he enjoys volunteering is the social side of the opportunity; meeting like-minded individuals and becoming part of a friendly team. He has also enjoyed walking in his spare time.
Arthur spends some of his time looking through boxes of archival documents and recording their contents ready to be added to Axiell – the library and archives management system. In the picture he is working through two lots of probate documents which is time consuming but important to sort in case they need to be accessed by researchers or general public interest.
